• DURATION?  Some people attend only a single consultation visit, others many months. Most who continue, attend weekly to bi-weekly. Duration of therapy varies according to your needs and how in depth you wish to address them. For those who have longer-term therapy needs, usually the frequency of visits decreases over time.
